hello.
I have a ACER ASPIRE GX-281, and it has a 8GB 2400MHz of ram.
here is the problem . the speed should be 2400 but when I downloaded CPU-Z it shows that I only got 1197.6 MHz , that means half the speed of my ram
I went to the bios to increase the speed to 2400MHz but I didn't find any option that allows me to increase the speed, can you help me pls this is a very big problem for me.

DDR means double data rate, so 2x1200MHz=2400MHz
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
