Warranty information for this device is not available?

I have Acer aspire 5 A515-51G-5278. Core i5-8250U with mx 130 graphics. When i check the warranty status of my laptop it say Warranty information for this device is not available. I had bough it from Saudia Arabia. But know i am in Pakistan. Is this due to region difference.

    Usually you have 1 year international and 2 years national(the country you purchased the laptop from) warranty. If no info is showing up I can suggest you to contact Acer support and they will sort this out for you. 

    It doesn't matter what the warranty page shows. For a warranty repair you need a proof of purchase and once you give that to them your warranty info will be updated and they will accept it for service under warranty. 
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    I had purchased it int may 2018. The device was manufactured in 3/22/2018.
