The most reliable and fastest m.2 is a plain vanilla SATA3 flavor cuz that SATA3 speeds all your mainboard can handle whether you put in a SATA2 or nVME.  Jack E/NJ

Some plain jane plain vanilla m.2 you can't brag about but work as fast as you're gonna get

JackE, what do you recommend for this model for replacement standard disc (standard pocket)? On m.2 I install system and applications. But I need some faster (I am thinking also about SSD) thanks

What most folks do is transfer the Win10 boot system and programs on the m.2 SSD card for faster performance and use the standard 2.5" HDD for file storage. But you can also replace the 2.5" HDD with a 2.5" SSD for faster performance also. Or do both. It's really up to you. Go to crucial dot com for specs on compatible m.2 or 2.5" SSD upgrades for your machine. Jack E/NJ
