Lag consistently in between gaming

Hi everyone and Acer,

  I have been noticing a lot of lags going on in between gaming even if gaming mode is on and it is plugged in, even restarting my computer couldn't work, may i know how to fix this please? Games like Counter Strike Global can't lags from time to time, i'm not sure whether it is the game itself or the computer please help thanks much appreciated:)
