Hello, more than assistance, i need help and an answer from acer, because this is the second time that i purchase their laptops and get problems like these, so:

When i used the computer, after some time, name it 2 hours. And i try to detach the keyboard from screen and use it as a tablet for like half an hour, my screen had like an error and then puts the pc to sleep, like if i blocked it. But.. that was before.

Now, i cant even use it for like 5 mins. I turn it on, log in, then after 2 mins or less, it gives the screen an error and it turnes it off! Help please. Im never going to buy or recomend acer again like this.

Yeah, that is pretty obviously a video crash. It most likely is either a corrupted video driver crashing or a GPU failure on the motherboard. There also a less likely chance it is the cable between the display and the motherboard. Your first step is check to see if Acer has a newer driver and that the driver you are running is the Acer version and not the Intel version. If everything is correct try to remove the driver and let the OS update it on a reboot. If that doesn't help one last thing you can do to test if it's a Windows problem is boot to the BIOS and move around in those menus for long enough to see the issue. If it shows up there the problem is hardware...

My sistem is up to date. Since i bought the laptop things like that happened after 2 months of usage. And now its 10 months since i bought it. Not even a year and i cant use my laptop. I have connected the momitor with the tv via hdmi cable and it works perfectly on the tv. Another thing to say is that the laptop doesnt have any scratch, or any damage cause it never moves from where it is. The only thing is that i leave it connected to the energy for a long time. But i dont think its a batery issue because the acer care system says battery is in GOOD status. I would like to know if acer is responsible and lets the guarantee take care of this sittuation or not. And if not, what can i do to fix it?

Ive seen videos on youtube with people having the same issue and they say they took it to a technitian and it was worse.

    please, help

If you're at 10 months you should still be in warranty. I'd do a full backup, don't forget to generate the recovery disk as well, then send it in the Acer for repairs. It's possible it's only the cable, but the SA12 models are a bit of a pain to disassemble and it might be the motherboard. Best to get it handled now instead of waiting for the warranty to expire.

Sorry for the stupid question, but, how does the guarantee works? I bought my laptop new from ebay.

You should register with Acer and give the date of purchase. Unless the computer was hot (always a possibility with eBay or Craigslist purchases) they'll have records for it. Then you just contact them from the support page and they'll set you up.
