I have acer nitro 5 - intel i7 gen 8 with 8gb ram and nvidia 1060 -6 gb
in the description of the laptop is seeing that the proceesor can work from 2.3 ghz to 4.1 ghz

Hi,
It's not overclocking, it's the Turbo boost feature, whenever the system need the power it will run at 4.1GHz, you don't need to control it with any programs, what it actually means is, your system has a base clock speed of 2.3GHz, it will run between 2.3GHz and 4.1GHz depending on the usage.
