In Nvidia panel what is best for gaming scaling?

Is aspect full screen or no scaling the best for performance?

    So, scaling renders a game at a higher, more detailed resolution and intelligently shrinks the result back down to the resolution of your monitor, giving you 4K, 3840x2160-quality graphics on any screen. In nVidia that feature is called DSR (
    Dynamic Super Resolution). However, if your already have a 4K(UHD) monitor, you don't need a GPU based scaling tech because the 4K monitor automatically does the scaling for you. Plus enabling GPU based scaling will slow down the performance because it becomes just another step in the rendering pipe line.

    I don’t have a 4K monitor just want to know if no scaling would be best for performance or aspect or full screen
