I have an Acer Aspire 5733z that ive been trying to get fixed since i believe an update of windows 10.
Since then if I restart or it restarts will get stuck in Acer logo loop and nothing ive done helps, now if i let it keep rebooting then at some point, hours n hours later, it finally loads.
I have reset it 2 x's and now cant find dvd drive and am knowledgeable but this got me stumped.

***I have backed up as well but not sure how to go that route, help??

System:
Win 10 build 1803?

Any help would be appreciated

Please try the internal recovery steps. During the process, all data stored on your computer will be overwritten.

Use the following steps to start the system recovery:

Restart the computer. When the Acer logo appears on the screen, press the left Alt, and the F10 keys.

If you are prompted with a Microsoft Windows boot screen, press the Enter key.

After the Acer eRecovery Management application has loaded, select your restore type.

Read the notice, and then click Next when you are ready.

Click Next to begin the restore process. The restore can take anywhere from 10 minutes up to an hour.

Once the restore is complete your computer will load Windows and start installing your drivers and software.

If it has been less than 10 days since the last update, you can try to roll back to the previous version.  After entering Recovery, select Troubleshoot, then Advanced Options to the roll back option.  See video below.
If it has been more than 10 days,  see this webpage.

Were you able to roll back to 1709 & hide the 1803 build as explained in above link?

Not clear if you've done the factory reset with Alt + F10.
If you've not done so, recover your personal data with Minitool, then try Alt + F10.
If the cold boot factory reset fails, then try Windows 10 Reinstall USB & F12.

do a acer disc to disc recovery by pressing Alt+f10 while booting but make sure to enable the acer disc to disc recovery in the bios.. if thats not working then try to use windows recovery using flash drive just search on youtube. and if thats not gonna work either just reformat you pc using windows 7 or 8 or 8.1 0r 10 iso. download it from microsoft website. now if still doesnt work i think there is a problem with you hdd..
