I is posible to change the motherboard in an acer aspire E17 that uses Intel Celeron for a motherboard that uses Intel core i5 ?

No, there are no motherboards available with i5 CPU for this model, you can install a motherboard with Pentium N4200 only.

Yes sure, these are the part numbers for MB with N4200:
NB.GH411.003
NB.GH411.006
.003 board comes without RAM, you have to buy it separately, .006 board comes with 2GB RAM included, anyway, you have to check with the retailers.
