Hello, to enter a bit in context, I live in Cuba and I have an Acer e15 e5-575-54e8 laptop, I asked a friend who was going to travel to Cuba, to buy me a crucial ssd type M.2 MX500 SATA 250GB , to make this purchase I did a lot of research, because it is very difficult to get this here, investigate everything I could, even download the comptibility software of crucial and the ssd gives me 100 of compatibilida, more than that I asked the manufacturer in amazon and they answered me that if it was perfect, that the ssd was perfectly compatible, after a month of waiting it finally arrived, imagine my disappointment after discovering that my laptop does not recognize the disk, can you please help me and tell me what I have wrong, or I have to do something to make it visible to the laptop, Regards

OK. We probably need to re-seat the card a few time. Remove the screw, lift and pull out the card. Gently rub the contacts with dry tissue. Push and pull the card out of the slot a few times. Then put the screw back. Fire it up again and check the BIOS menu again. If it sees it, press F10 to save setting and exit. Jack E/NJ
