Hi, since a few weeks or months I keep getting blue screens with my Aspire V3-372. I happens about once a week and it appears to have something to do with the wifi driver or hardware. A few days ago I thought I solved the problem. I updated the wifi driver with the help of the Acer Care Center. However, yesterday it happened again. After the laptop came back from standby, there was no wifi connection. I tried to click on repair (solve problem, in the tray), and that's when the blue screen came. The info on the blue screen was: page fault in nonpaged area, reason: ndis.sys.
However, before the wifi driver update, the bluescreen reason was: Qcamain10x64.sys. Also, after the bluescreen, I need to reactivate the wifi adapter manually.
What is going on? Is my wifi hardware broken? Or has it something to do with a Windows 10 update? Btw, I tried to reset the OS to factory default. Did not help apparently.
Thanks in advance for the help
Anna
