Getting unexpected SHutdowns with Acer Predator g3571

it recently just started to happen . it Usually start to happen when I put fan on MAX and run the game for about an hour . I tried updating the bios to see if it will fix but I didn't I also tried to reset the battery but didn't work either .

    Hi ZiggyZig, Please try to do system restore and if doesn't fix the issue than try doing refresh or reset. In refresh personal files will not be erase but whatever software or application which you have install and in reset all the data will be erase.

    Hi ZiggyZig, Please try to do system restore and if doesn't fix the issue than try doing refresh or reset. In refresh personal files will not be erase but whatever software or application which you have install and in reset all the data will be erase.

    It fixed it but now when I go battery mode my fps will drop . DO you have any idea how to fix it?

    Check the pinned threads about it and also do not game on battery the battery purpose its to aid the A/C with extra power when needed on gaming as the A/C adapter cannot generate enough power for some more demanding games it is normal to loose fps on battery it was not made to play on it i really do not recommend gaming on battery only and regarding the battery mode while on A/C will still cut the fps as its saving power which should be used and it's not
