Hi,
I've already seen similar topics here but as no solution was found in the threads, I make this new one.
The first crash happened while gaming, just dead freezing, no respond from the system.
I tried to update everything that's possible to update. Changed power settings, followed all advices Google search could provide (scanned for faulties, no corruption in system files was detected; made clean boot, etc etc) it kept crashing even without running any programs.
The problem just got worse and eventually laptop doesn't let to start, it freezes even in BIOS, if I manage to get in, so I just can't do anything anymore and giving my laptop to the service.
I'll see what tech service say.
I'm really disappointed, such stuff shouldn't happen to a new laptop!

Yeah unfortunately no hardware or brand on earth is excluded from some hardware just failing sometimes.
Best bet is to send to Acer for repair but it seems your already doing that.
Let us know how it goes.- Hotel Hero0 -
Failing in BIOS... certainly seems like faulty hardware.
