Control Panel's power plan must be set to high or max performance. The laptop must be plugged in and the battery almost fully charged for stable performance. Any CPU temps below about 95*C at very high loads is to be expected. Jack E/NJ

If your's is a different version than 2.01.3012 , you could try it. Check Control Panel programs to see which version you have now. Jack E/NJ

Do you know how long the vendor's return policy is? If it still is vendor-returnable for an exchange or refund, you could try to do a fully factory fresh reset to see if it fixes the issue. If not, then you could return it to the vendor. Jack E/NJ

A reset automatically re-installs Win10 as it came from the factory. It may be faster to start fresh but later Win10 updates might slow it down again. I suggest that you first see if you're satisfied with performance and temperatures using ThrottleStop, adjusting resolutions, & 2d/3d simulations. If you're not satisfied, we can try re-setting the machine and prevent Winupdates from slowing it down again. Jack E/NJ

Do you have the Quick Access Application installed. It may have options to turn on Coolboost to help cool the system. Jack E/NJ

Right click on the windows or start menu. Search "quick access". If it's not installed you can download it here https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7239?b=1  Jack E/NJ

No, a vendor's or seller's return policy for a refund or exchange is usually less than a month. After that period, the machine covered by the ACER factory warranty for 1 year.

You could try to monitor CPU temperatures to see if this heat is really the problem. There are freeware programs you could try by googling "cpu temperature monitor". Others have reported limited success with throttlestop. You may also want to consider re-setting the machine by the ALT+F10 method shown in the video below to see if that fixes the problem. So I think I solved.. my friend said that the problem of fps on Fortnite is because is rendering so I think that is the problem. I also use throttlestop and I have to say that the temperature have changed a bit. Really thanks for all your time ! If I will have problems in future I know who to contact ;)
