Whenever I tried to connect my USB Device (Mouse) to my Acer Laptop Aspire E 14 (E5-476G-38QZ Model), a pop-up appears saying "USB Device Not Recognized: the last USB Device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it." I tried every method I could, except for updating the BIOS. Will you please help me? Thanks.

    Hi @TheaAbines

Have you tried to plug that USB mouse in some other computer? Doing so will rule out a possibility of a faulty mouse.
Also check the USB port by plugging in a different USB device to see whether the port works or not.
Don't forget to accept my answer if I was able to help you out!
