Which graphic card suits my Predator G3-605

Specs : 
window 8.1
intel core I7-4790
Nvidia GeForce GTX745 4GB (current)
8GB DDR3 memory
1TB hard drive

Planning to upgrade graphic card only.
which one is better? (GTX 1060 3gb single fan / GTX 980[TI/no TI] )

Suggest any other good graphic card too. Budget 200+ usd.

    80Hi Xyrec, Best Graphic card which can suit your computer is Zotac GTX970 and GTX  980  would also cause severe overheat potentially even if it fits.

    Currently my GTX 745 is quite small, how to find a suitable size for a new graphic.

    You should have room for most any standard size card, but you'll have to look at the power supply to see how large it is. Some SKUs came with a 500W supply, but I think yours is likely the 300W supply. Note that the power connectors are different than a standard ATX supply so if you upgrade make sure the new supply is compatible.

    I have check and it’s 484W for power supply.
    is 1060 zotac able to handle smoothly?

    It looks like there are at least four different Zotac 1060 cards, but the biggest one needs 120W, so you should be good with that supply.
