    • bought new laptop and screen goes black and keyboard still lit. screen completely freezes.

    my laptop is not even a week old and the screen goes black during surfing web. also bleep sound comes when pressing any key but screen doesnt light up. keyboard still lit. have to power off and then again power. anyone else having same problem. how to solve.

      Usually this problem occurs because of incompatibility between the video driver and the version of windows 10! The first start up also causes similar problems!

      Hi,
      Could you please tell us the model of your laptop, in the meantime try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for a while before connecting the AC adapter and power on.

      What is the exact model of your notebook? Have you tried turning off quick startup?

      OK! First reset the battery in this way:
      a) Turn off the notebook and press this hole for five seconds:

      b) then leave the notebook off for five minutes and test!
      c) Disable quick startup in power options and test too:

      i will try, but is it okay for a new laptop to do this
