Hello    there ;D

some days ago i start feeling the spacebar button behing a little smushy only in the left side (when myTHUMB is in rest-click position) .. today i was playing with the keyboard backlights and i notice that the left and right side light of the spacebar was slightly different so i turn on the light and watch carefully the spacebar.. and i notice that the spacebar it's kinda bend in the position of my click-thumb position... i'm not that big.. just 81kg and my fingers are not that big-strong indeed ... never punched the pc.. just gaming and typing use from may 21th till now...

i've to call the costumer for a replace? anyone else had this issue?!

    @Keicchan

    You can contact acer customer support to get this addressed. I guess they may not replace the product but they might provide you a solution to rectify this issue.

    I would think this would fall under "normal usage conditions" since its a gaming laptop and Acer should fix under warranty?

    @Acer-Manny or @Acer-Jose could probably answer this for you.

    yeah acer opened me the case and suited up for changing the part (i guess they mean the whole keyboard?! dunno) i'm just waiting for the part to arrive to the tech to operate that.. for them it's under warranty cause it wearout prematurly and falls as "not normal" due to very low life span of the pc and the usage of mechanical keyboard intended for gaming on it.. (making me the stearing wheel wearout example of a car during warranty coverage that's perfectly covered).. i was just curious to know if it's just me (unlucky) or not ;D

    Usually these type of Keyboard with any key related issues the entire keyboard would be replaced because these are not mechanical type.

    I have the same  problem on my Helios 500.  There's a slight bend downwards on the right half of the spacebar. But it's not the bothersome side. It's the left half that is flat but there's a thin line where the back-lightning peeks through where it shouldn't. As long as spacebar doesn't get worse, it won't bother me enough to worry about it. However, it seems like Acer should investigate its production of the spacebar. There's something systematically off about it. Maybe residual stress after the molding process is causing it to slowly warp.

    I had different problem. My Z key fell off. Accer support decided that it was my fault and i was forced to pay for new keyboard. (200 Euros). Now keyboard is driving me nuts because some keys has different clicks, they are clicking quieter, or no click whatsoever :/
