Did you buy this new? If yes, the original setup should be on a hidden recovery partition on the hard drive that may be a bit different than the eRecovery media that you purchased. We can try to get you back to the original setup with the ALT+F10 recovery method shown below. Jack E/NJ

Well, the hardware & software drivers for both the Intel & nVidia adapters seem to be detected and working properly according to the Win10 operating system and the motherboard's BIOS. Pretty convincing evidence that its the SecondLife software that is now having a problem detecting and using the nVidia adapter. I suspect it may be due to some recent changes made to try to accomodate Win10updates.

Let's try this first. Right click on the nVidia adapter in Device Manager. Then choose update driver and let Windows try to find a better driver while you're connected to the internet. If it does find a better one, try to re-load the game to see if you get the same warning.

Right click on a blank space on your desktop. A box should appear with an nvidia control center application that you can reset video display settings to your preferences. You might have to experiment with these settings. Jack E/NJ

Thank You for your time JackE, I really apreciate it. Problem its not solved. I only play second life. When I bought my laptop and went to play it all looked very real, now it looks a bit pixelated, and the photos of the game come out very pixilated, the quality droped of them being 100 to 40, my job in the game is to take photos, that's why my despair, the game is ruined for me now. When I did the F10 was the same as with eRecovery Media, I open the game and instead of nvidia is in intel graphics, that can be solved manually and I did but does not work well, but when I bought it and opened it for the first time it was not like that was on nvidia and graphics where autstanding, also although I changed it to use nvidia the graphics do not look close to what they were when using it out of the box. so I'm stucked with this issue.

    (1) Did you do a full factory reset and erase everythin g? (2) Or did you try to reset but save your personal files and programs installed since you acquired the machine? (3) Please open Device Manager. Do see any red or yellow warnings? (4)  Could you post a screenshot of how you determined that you have "fabric default". Was this setting made in the game itself ? Hello again!   Thanks for your time.  (1) Yes.  (2) I did not save anything. (3) No Warnings Sir. (4) After I did the full factory reset and get online on the game the game warned me that I was on Intel Graphic Card, and was pixeled so I manually changed to this: https://gyazo.com/9e8feb24a6843351be044ce66a2f82ab  it does not look as good as before, but is the best I can do.  Thank You JackE.

Please open Device Manager again. Do you see both the Intel and nvidia cards listed in the display adapter folder? Jack E/NJ

Congrats on your success. If it happens again, try the same thing because new Win10updates seem to be coming way too fast & furiously.  :) Jack E/NJ
