Heating up and cooling down immediately is the same for all air coolers. Can you check the CPU load(in % from task manager) while playing these games? Anyway, 95C is not a temperature I would like my CPU to work at, so you can undervolt the CPU, which will reduce the temperature by around 10-20%. If it still doesn't go below 85C after undervolting you can use a cooling pad(you can use even without fans, resting the laptop higher above the surface it is on will allow the fans to suck more cold air) for better airflow, which will reduce temperatures even further.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    No.
    Get it repasted.
You can always tell something is off from the GPU temps which should be 75-80 max.
95 C is normal for the CPU prior to undervolting or optimizing your system.
