You can contact acer via the number mentioned in this link https://www.acer.com/ac/uk/UA/content/service-contact. Inform about placing an order for HDD caddy kit and they should be able to help you. :)

It's not necessary to apologize.  Most of us don't speak Ukrainian either.  Google Translate would be helpful for posting in this forum.
Courtesy of Jack/E: order from for US/Canada, but you can go here & ask them how to navigate to the form for the Ukraine.  The "Contact Us" information should be at the bottom of the page.

Будь ласка = You are welcome.  It's the equivalent of "Prego" in Italian. The editor of my last post should note that Google Translate can be imprecise.

    CTIKC,
Thank you for your last post.  Whether or not you use Google Translate, we will understand your posts, after we read them several times, if necessary.
We hope that the reason why Acer Ukraine has not yet responded is because it is Saturday and not because they are near the Donbass region, trying to avoid artillery bombardment.  I am just joking because the office address is Stepana Bandery Avenue, 9, Kyiv, Ukraine, 04073.  When we go back to work on Monday or Tuesday and there is still no response, let us know.  Then we will think of another plan.

After waiting patiently and there still is no response, you can go to one of the Acer Centers, listed here.
If is very difficult for the employees to ignore you when you are standing there in front of them. That is true for most human beings.

Thanks a lot for your help. Acer is already responded. They said my laptop doesn't have hdd kit, and i should ask service center for installing my HDD. Hdd kit is not for free. I'm really confused. It was my mistake, that i didn't by laptop with hdd =( Becouse i could install SSD m.2 without any problems, just by any ssd m.2 and install. But for installing hdd i should find this hdd kit, which are not present in Ukraine, wait for order several days, pay for order and wait for installation. This hdd kit is not cost so much many. Acer should install it directly in the factory. I am disappointed

Your A515-51G-57BY may not be available in the U.S. or Canada.  I only saw it for sale on a Russian website.  Even if you have a friend in North America and ask him to purchase the kit for you and have him ship it to you; there is a great possibility that the friend may not be able to order it in the first place. If a laptop is not sold in North America, there is no reason to sell a kit for it.
Solid State Drives are more durable than  hard disk drives, therefore they are  better choices.  Good news: the A515-51G series have both SDHC and SDXC readers. Capacity for SDHC is 32 GB and for SDXC is 2 TB.  Go to this webpage where you can download the User Manual W 10, in Ukrainian, page 50 and read for yourself.  Perhaps the disappointment is less now.

As suggested by brummyfan2 in another thread, the 2 sets of machine screws can be purchased at a hardware store. If you cannot find the set to secure the HDD/bracket, there is the option of using a non-conductive tape to secure the module in place.  Have a look at the image below.  The hardware personnel should be able to locate the screws for you, if they have them in stock or they can special order them for you.  If you have a friend in the local computer repair shop, they should be able to help as well.  You have gotten this far, so do not give up now.

Thanks for your support. Yes the screws are going together if it hdd KIT. Our service center is responded that Acer don't send a kit, just a separate parts. But as for me it was surprize that i should order even the screws !!!! They sent bracket without screws, becouse i should order them separate. I played some RPG, and this one is worst :=( It's look like a movie "SAW",- "I want to play in a game with you"

The caddy/HDD module is more secure if held in place with screws.  If there is absolutely no way to purchase the screws, from the video below, it appears that the module can be held in place with electrical tape.
