My battery indicator is working fine until it depletes to 37%...But as soon as it reaches to 37%, every-time my laptop is shutting down and when I boot it again after connecting to the charger, the battery indicator is showing 0%...I thought it's some problem related to Windows 10, but it's happening same on the UBUNTU too...!Any suggestions??

    Hi Sayajin,
Please uninstall and reinstall the battery driver  first.Follow these steps.
    1) Press the windows logo key+ X( on your keyboard together)
    2) This will bring up a box. From left panel, click on Device manager.
    3) In device manager click on arrow by the side of Battery. Then right click on battery driver and choose uninstall( Make sure you uncheck the box that says delete driver, if that is checked)
4)Then restart the computer to get a fresh driver installed.

Now recharge your computer to 100%. Ones done remove the charger . Now work on battery and check if computer is working fine. Please let me know if this fixes your issue
