as the title says, my laptop model is G9-593-79M1

the issue is when i tilt (move) the laptop lid up and down the backlighting lights in stuttering, thats when the lid lights and keyboard rgb lights turned off from the keyboard function.

i only noticed this recently because of a friend, i did try restart, still there, not sure if anyone saw this issue before, is it software or hardware? the laptop never fell or had any damage at all, from the laptop bag to my lap and so on, well kept and no food or anything around, i uploaded some videos to YT and the links below:

these are on the lights turned off mode

and this one on the lights on mode just for clarity,

i searched online but no results

the laptop is still kinda new, only 6 months from date of purchase and way less than that in actual time, still under warranty, do you recommend me to return it or see if they can compensate me in someway?

Definitely a hardware issue. (There's no software to control this lighting)
Looks like the wire connection is loose.

Have you opened the bezel/laptop to check out the connection points? Or is the wire is being pinched somewhere?

no i did not open the laptop or fiddled with it, not even the ram and hdd lids, nor any dmg which is why im surprised and confused at what to do, im not sure the place i bought it from will refund me, probably try to replace it with another one or even send it to local acer authorised retailer, i dont want to open it because it might void the warranty, also what do you suggest?
  • It's always a good bet to send it in to be repaired, especially if its under warranty or your not comfortable doing it yourself.

I've always been a "take it apart" kind of guy lol.
