I found a spec that said 100mm x 200mm for the vesa size.

Was aware of the spec size just not specific hardware that would fit this particular monitor. Most search results ended up showing 100x200 adapters for 100x100 mounts that can't support the weight/length or 200x200+ with compatibility for 100x200 but those can't work with this monitor due to the hump on the back.  I ended up just bending the corners at the bottom of this and it works fine, so issue solved I guess. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VMLFG3C/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've my et430k mounted with Mozi Slim Full-motion B1. But similarly as Ughh above, also I had to modify the mount plate due to the hump. I'm sure there are models with 100x200, but didn't consider this before buying and then didn't bother to change it afterwards. This comes with thick metal mount plate that doesn't bend that easily, so I needed angle grinder to do the job ;) I don't recommend this to anyone, take your time and find a mount that suits.

Has anyone had an success finding a mount that fits without resorting to power tools or brute force? Boss has 6 of these he wants wall mounting and I’m not finding anything that’ll do the job.  Acer help desk said to check here and if there wasn’t an answer then there wasn’t anything they could do.  Brilliant.

There are four in stock at Amazon... https://www.amazon.com/Inland-U-Mount-Mount-Discontinued-Manufacturer/dp/B000F4CMBG Of course I didn't keep looking after finding this one, so there could easily be more models that would fit.

Along the same line, but I finally, successfully mounted my ET430K to an Ergotron LX HD Desk Mount LCD Arm, purchased from Amazon (http://tinyurl.com/yb9336bx).  I also bought a 100x200mm adapter (http://tinyurl.com/yb3lkxos), which actually wasn't needed, as the Ergotron LX HD included all of the adapters to include the 100x200mm VESA pattern.  I am very happy to get this off of my desk and to regain all of my desk space.

Did you have to purchase bolts, nuts and washers to connect the adapter bracket to the monitor arm. I'm assuming I'd use the screws that come with the monitor arm to connect the adapter bracket to the monitor itself. But then the bracket/monitor needs to be connected to the monitor arm and I'm assuming it needs a nut/bolt/washer to do so.

The arms fold horizontally for 200x100 and don't hit the ledge.  Weight limit is fine.  Enjoy.

Did you get the one for the 12-40 inch TVs or the bigger one?
