Hi Everyone! :)
I just recently bought an E5-576G. It have only 4GB of DDR3L RAM, I wan't to upgrade it to 8GB
May I know is
KVR16LS11/4 from Kingston is compatible with E5-576G?
From Kingston website https://www.kingston.com/en/memory/desktop-notebook
I found that the KCP3L16SS8/4 is compatible with E5-576G
But I can't get
KCP3L16SS8/4 in my country recently.
I see
KCP3L16SS8/4 and KVR16LS11/4 are slightly same
Spec for KCP3L16SS8 is DDR3L , 1600MHz , Non-ECC , CL11 , X8 , 1.35V , Unbuffered , SODIMM , 204-pin
Spec for KVR16LS11 is DDR3L , 1600MHz , Non-ECC , CL11 , 1.35V , Unbuffered , SODIMM , 204-pin
Which I see it is almost the same.
And repeat to my question
Can KVR16LS11/4 compatible with E5-576G

Sorry for my bad language and I hope someone can answer me. :)

Hi, i read your answers, ¿could you please tell me the diferences  on speed or compatibility between them, beside the 50% +cost of KCP3L16SS8/4..? If there is no technical diferences ill buy the cheaper! Thanks very much

    Hi,
When you buy memory, you only have to pay attention to general specs and the particular module is not made exclusively for certain brand of laptop, there won't be any difference in speed as both are 1600MHz, so I would suggest you to buy the cheaper module.

    Hello,

I also want to upgrade RAM for E5-576G-76XC.

I am considering buying the single module 16GB RAM MUSHKIN MES3S160BM16G28 [DDR3 SODIMM PC3L-12800 11-11-11-28] and combine it with the pre-installed ACR16D3LS1KNG/4G module, to have a total of 20GB of RAM.

    Is this possible?

If not, my alternative is a pair of 8GB Corsair CMSO16GX3M2C1600C11 [DDR3L SODIMM PC3-12800 11-11-11-28]

Can you confirm which of the above options would work?

    Thanks
