Battery not charging even after reset

I searched up help online after I saw that my Predator G9-592 wasn't charging anymore even after it was plugged in. I've clicked on the button underneath the predator for a battery reset but that still hasn't shown any results. Anybody have any clue on what else I could do?

    Common causes of the error plugged in not charging can be because of the following: Faulty charger. ... If the charger cable is damaged it may be that it supply's power to run the laptop but not charge the battery. The dc power plug on the laptop is damaged.

    Any way to check or any ideas on what I should do?

    Hi @TrishG7,

    Check if there is any light on the unit after connecting the charger. Like a orange or a blue light. >> also check if the charger is warm. 3

    Tried to do a power drain by removing the charger and at the back of the unit you will have a small pin hole with a battery symbol near to it. put a small pin inside and press and hold it for 30 sec. try this way. hope it will help you.
