Keep pressing the ESC since it got into the loop this might fix or Try BIOS default

BIOS Default: As soon as you press the power button keep pressing the F2 key, so that it will take you to BIOS utility page. Now press F9 and press enter than press f10 and press enter. your unit will restart.

Based on how you've described the issue, I would recommend doing a PC reset. But I see you have tried to do a PC reset via Advanced options. So let me suggest another method to initiate a PC reset.

Shut down your system by holding down the power button for 5-7 seconds.

Now the following steps need to be done swiftly.

Power on you system again >
Now without wasting a second, press and hold down the 'ALT' key. While simultaneously you need to REPEATEDLY tap the 'F10' key.

In a few seconds you will see 'PLEASE WAIT' on screen. And after a few seconds of that you'll new options on the screen.

You need to select 'TROUBLESHOOT'. Then 'RESET THIS PC'.

It will give you two options, 'Keep My Files' or 'Remove Everything'

    Select 'Remove Everthing'.

Then simply follow the prompts on the screen to proceed further.

And later select 'Fully clean the Drive'.

After a few seconds the PC reset will begin. And it might take 3-4 hours since we have chosen to fully clean the drive.

    Hope it resolves your issue.
