Any way to get the Acer Active Stylus to be compatible with all art programs?

So far, the pressure sensitivity aspect of my Acer Active Stylus pen only works with Windows Ink and Photoshop CC. I cannot get it to work at all with Paint Tool SAI or Clip Studio Paint at all. Any way to have it work more universally in the same way a wacom pen would?

Edit: Forgot to mention, using Acer Spin 5 (SP513-52N-552K) and have tried two different Acer Active Styluses.

Sorry, it took a couple of hours of research, but for anyone else looking for solutions I'm gonna list my findings:

Paint Tool SAI doesn't have TabletPC API support, meaning it can't work with the active stylus at all. The other program in my post does, which is why i labelled the previous reply unsatisfactory. Here's a small list of painting programs I've found that do have TabletPC API support, either natively or in the settings:
    Clip Studio Paint
    Krita
    FireAlpaca
    Photoshop
SAI 2 (there's not too big of a difference between SAI 1 and 2 other than ui and a couple of tools from what I'm seeing)

If a program doesn't work, see if you can change the API in your program's settings.

    Hi @iisabella

There are few limitations for stylus pens. Due, to which we cannot make it work with other apps. Please find the link to know what all apps would be working by default : https://www.cnet.com/how-to/7-pen-friendly-apps-for-windows-ink/
