The PO9-600 has 2 RGB 120 fans in the front panel. I would like to replace them by 2 140 mm.
I am not a fan of these fans.

Any idea how to open the front panel?

It looks to me like there are two screws to take off that top cover for the IO ports, then two more screws that hold the front bezel in place. Once those are off you should be able to pivot it out from the top.

    Thanks billsey for the suggestion.

The top cover is attached with 2 little levers you need to push outward sideway under the handle while the front should be pushed or squeezed up. Once the top cover removed, there are 2 screws holding the front panel at the top.
When these 2 screws are taken away you need to carefully lift the front panel. There are 2 anchors on both sides, middle and down.
You need to make loose the cables coming from the side panel that go toward the front panel. If necessary take away some 2,5" cages for the storage. A lot of cables are stripped together and it creates some resistance to open the front panel. I needed to take away several of them.
Taking the RGB fans away was a breeze, but their cable were quite long. So I installed the new fans inside the frame as the power connectors are 20 cm away.
Putting everything back together was another work of patience, but mission accomplished.
