Tight hinge , broke within 4 months of usage bad quality, very disappointing

Had a very bad experience with acer, feel like being cheated, will never buy acer again.
I bought an acer acer aspire 5 and the because of my good reviews 2 of my friends also bought the same model , but after 2 months its keyboard stopped workig , i had to run to the service centre for a month after which it got replaced, then within a month ist lcd diplay had lines on it , it it also got replaced and now within another months its lid had come out from the hinge the technician told that part is chargeable to replace it , there is no history of any phisycal damage to my device , it it just 4-5 months  and it caused so many issues , my investment has gone waste it is a mental harrasment to repair the device everytime and it also causes a lot of hinderence in the work , never thought build quality would be so bad .. disappointed  will never recommend it to anyone.

    @JackE , 5000 indian rupees (71) US us dollars , said the people form acer service centre, but i did not get it changed till now as its gonna take about 20 days

    Did you raise the issue that the hinge failure seem to be related to the screen replacement since it happened so soon after? Jack E/NJ

    Yes i raised it, most probably it happened as the technician tightened the screws very tightly because the golden nut which holds the lid with screw came out of it and even the metal part of the hinge broke, later when the technician came he said it is because of the tight hinge and that the pics of that part has been sent to acer , after they approve it, then only it will be changed for free otherwise it is chargable , soon after this they called me and said, its gonna cost 5000 rupees as per the price quote.

    If the technician determined that the nut loosened & metal part broke due to a hinge assembly that was too tight or stiff, did he put his determination in writing on the service order? Jack E/NJ
