My Aspire ES1-512 Hdmi Port Won't Work Anymore

Hi, I got my motherboard replaced 6 months ago and It was working but now it isn't I've taken it to the technician but couldn't try anything on the laptop. Please help me I need it fixed!

    Try turning the port on with the Fn+F5 toggle key combination. Jack E/NJ

    I Tried It and it didn't work any other ideas??

    If Device Manager shows no red or yellow device driver warnings, did you and the technician use the same cable to try to connect to a monitor or TV?  Jack E/NJ

    We Used one of the HDMI cables I have and it didn't connect

    yeah I would try another HDMI cable. If you don't have a spare one, try from a second tv. It might fix the problem or may not. But it's the simplest and cheapest possible solution.
