Hello,

I installed fresh windows 10, downloaded all driver from laptop page.

Updated BIOS to 1.19.

But i could not install a driver for USB 3.1.

And have found this article:
https://community.acer.com/de/discussion/534473/usb-c#latest

That means i can not connect any display through USB 3.1.

I have this adapter,
https://www.amazon.de/I-Tec-Adapter-Kompatibel-Thunderbolt-Windows/dp/B075ZNY2VM/ref=pd_aw_sim_sbs_147_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=MXKDGV515JC7P642323Z
but i suppose that i have no chances at all.

Best regards,
Valeriy Gerken
