DVD DH-16AASH and BD-ROM DH-4O3S not working (Acer Aspire M5910-Ei7860 )

Hello,

I have an Acer Aspire M5910-Ei7860 with DVD and Blu-Ray Drives.

I installed Windows-10 french and all the drives works. I installed all the software I need, Windows-10 patches and update 1803...

On the BIOS, I can see those 2 SATA drives and used them...

Then i got this problem:

I remove the drivers, reboot and it is the same !

Try this: press windows + r and type regedit; then go to file and export to save a copy of regedit; Then go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Class \ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} key and delete the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters values and restart!

My system is: Acer Aspire M5910-Ei7860

serial number is: PTSDW020120210AAFA2700

BIOS is: P01-A4 15/03/2011. It was previously: P01-A0 03/19/2010

Clicking on the driver will show some error code? Make sure that using the driverbooster to install and update the drivers solves the problem!

Make sure a firmware update solves the problem! It is a risky procedure and could ruin your dvd player! Do it at your own risk!

Show me the error code that is displayed in Device Manager! You can check if this may be a driver problem, so I recommend you upgrade your notebook drivers using the driverbooster once or by downloading the motherboard chipset drivers from the acer website! Download the chipset driver and then the ahci driver on this link https://www.acer.com/ac/pt/BR/content/support-product/2218?b=1

Try now to use the driverbooster to update all the notebook drivers!

According to this site, code 39 means problem with the driver: https://support.microsoft.com/pt-br/help/310123/error-codes-in-device-manager-in-windows
