Hello folks, I'm using acer e5 576g which has single hard drive partition and i created another partition to backup my important files there. My question is, if i reset it via oem recovery mode would it delete the other partitions and make the drive as one drive to become a one partition just like how it was when out of the box?

Hi, The "PC Reset" procedure comes with 2 options like "Keep my files" & "Remove everything". By selecting the option "Keep my files", you can save your files in the computer.

If i select "Remove everything" does it affect the other partition that i created?

    Hi ,

Yes If you choose " Remove everything", it will delete everything in the computer including what you have saved in another partition. This basically takes back your computer to the day 1 settings. So its like you bought a brand new computer and have to set up everything.
