I'm guessing when you did the reset it didn't install the drivers for WiFi. Try downloading them on another computer and use a flash drive to install them on your computer.

@ Catherinetldo Thx for letting me know the laptop model. 1st thing we will start with Wireless driver. I request you to follow the below steps and uninstall the wireless driver from your computer.

    1. Press & hold Windows logo button in your keyboard and press the alphabet button X. This will open up a menu.
    2. Select Device Manager. Once it is opened, locate Network adapters  & expand it.
    3. You should be seeing the network adapter name (it will be Intel or Atheros).
    4. Right click the adapter name and select "Uninstall Driver".
    5. You will be getting a warning window, to confirm driver un-installation.
    6. In that Windows, you can see a check box for deleting the driver software. Please DO NOT delete the wireless driver. Just click on uninstall to remove the Wireless driver from computer.
    7. Reboot your computer.

As it is Windows 10, the Wireless driver fresh copy will be automatically installed to the computer. Check connecting to Internet and that should work. I will be waiting with crossed fingers
    :)

Thx for replying back Catherinetldo,  I am really sorry to know that issue persists. As you stated that "Reset" is performed, Did the "PC Reset" went well? or was there any error message?
