Did U keep Fans at Max Speeds while gaming?  if so then try Undervolting your cpu to -110 dmv.

This temperatures are not normal, but sadly most of the laptops in this price range offer pretty much the same heating. I own Helios 300 and I managed to decrease the temperatures a little by undervolting the CPU with Throttlestop. Another thing you want to do is to lift your notebook from the table. Best use a cooling pad.

Read the topic pinned at the top of the forum. There are some good advices for optimisation, undervolting...
What CPU and GPU does your computer have?

Yes, these temps are absolutely normal. The max temp these laptops can reach is 105 Celsius.
However, you can reduce the temps further by almost 10C, by undervolting the CPU.

I did undervolt it to -0.145 but it still reaches 90 .. i am a bit worried about the laptop lifespan ..

Hey just do this download throttlestop and click turn on enable disable turbo (believe me most games run at ultra without any problem even witcher 3 ) then look for the tutorial to undercoat the cpu undercoat by 99.6 that's when it runs the most stable for me . Always put the fan settings to max before starting the game . I also bought it a few days back . Mine runs at cpu max 65 and GPU 75 it's . Also don't forget to disable windows update and uninstall geforce experience these things run the background and slows everything down . Just do this and test it again and tell me how it goes ?

Also one more thing don't keep it on top of your bed on gamming and throw away any cloth u use to cover your table it seriously kills the fans cooling system

i downloaded throttlestop and found that the "disable turbo" is already enabled and i didn't find anything related to undercoat.. but if you mean undervolt then yes i already undercoated it to -0.145 .. btw i don't use my lappy on bed but mostly on my lap

    1.Get a laptop cooler.
2.Limit the CPU's clock speed to 3.2GHz or disable the Turbo Boost completely.
3.Set the fans to max when gaming/under heavy load and auto most of the time.
    4.Limit game's FPS to 60,you wouldn't see a benefit from higher framerates on a 60Hz screen.

Sorry I meant underclock . Hmm I think you need to either get a new thermal paste.

What really worked for me is a cooling pad and undervolting.. this keeps my laptop under 75 c.. 75 c is normal right?

Yes... this is normal. Try turning off search and superfetch too... they make system work when idle, and not really needed unless you do a lot of searching. And with most software now being on SSD, it doesn't help much loading it into RAM on a predictive algorithm.
