Ever since i have updated my Laptop to windows 10 April 2018, many applications are not being displayed (not at all or not properly).

For example: Origin does load the icon on the taskbar, but when i click on it, it does only show me a small windows where i can either minimize or close the application. Another example is EpicGames Launcher: It also does load in the taskbar, but clicking on it does not show anything. Same goes with Firefox, it only display a white screen.

This is what i have done so far:

1- Updated the latest drivers (graphic drivers etc.)

2- Killed the application in task manager and reloaded them again.

3- Changed my screen resolution and started the applications again.

4- Looked online for a solution, but without luck.

5- Restarted the laptop several times.

6- Deinstalled and reinstalled the applications again.

7- Since i have exceeded the 15 days limit, i will not be able to go back to the previous version.

What else can i do?

Drag and drop the image into the post typing area to attach it. Or use the attach icon. I do not open external links for images.

The problem seems like to be a Windows bug. If you have developer preview enabled then disable it.

To me it seems like your windows is konked out. You might need to reinstall/reset windows.
One option you could try is trying to boot into safe mode and checking if the issue persists on there too. If it works there, it could some driver/software issue.

As it was said this its a windows issue i suggest to disable the updates permanently after a factory reset if you dont have any issues to avoid windows updates messing everything up only update what you need manually and when you need it you can try to uninstall both intel and nvidia drivers and reinstall them to see if it fixes it but its a long shot

I usually have that issue when i remote access my laptop either with teamviewer or vncviewer (this only happens on win10 systems win7 all works fine on remote access)  and thats because of the hardware acceleration i have disabled it on FF in order to be able to see it on remote connections but origin/epicgames launcher bethesda etc all have this issue when remote accessing the laptop steam/uplay and battle.net all work fine so the issue its the hardware acceleration that somehow its bugged in your OS
