Press and hold the power button till the machine completely shuts off. Connect the keyboard. Then turn it back on again and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. A recovery screen may appear as shown below. Follow directions to refresh the system. Jack E/NJ

Sorry, your machine's UEFI bootstrapper does not support Win7. Jack E/NJ

Win8.1 would be a good choice but may have a some driver issues. You also could try installing one of the latest Linux GUIs that have the look, feel & function of Win7. Jack E/NJ

    No problem, But
Is there any things to take care of during making windows 8.1 setup bootable in the USB stick using rufus?
    How can I start setup?
How can I avoid driver those driver issues?

The Win8.1 installation iso must be GPT-partition FAT-32 with Rufus. The UEFI bootstrap Boot tab should have USB boot enabled and optionally placed first in the boot order since your system's eMMC won't boot right now. Can't determine at this point what driver issues you will have. If you're lucky, none.

There is a potential problem with Win8.1 unless you have a licensed installation version. This is because your S1003 has a Win10 OEM license tied to its mainboard ID. This Win10 OEM license only applies to the ACER version of Win10 installation media and Microsoft's version of Win10. It doesn't apply to Win8.1.

I went to a maintenance center for solving this problem, they told me it's needs something they call "recovery media", so they told me that I have to go to Acer service center in Cairo but it's so far from my town, more than 700 kilometers from here.
Is there any solution for this problem? please

I bought it from My Town Aswan, from a normal store.

If "My Tow Aswan" or your  maintenance center is a certified by ACER, they may be able to order the installation media for your machine's serial number id (SNID) from the ACER service center in Cairo if you can't order it directly. Jack E/NJ
