I have done that for 4 weeks now. I have also contacted acerspares.co.uk, they say none available not even from acer.

So I thought sombody from acer could give me a hint where to get them from or an explanation why those carrier's are not available.

After looking a little more in depth for you, I think this may resolve your issue. The part number for the 2.5 HDD CAGE may be TC.31200.001 [for 8PCS HDD].

Thans very much for your help. Unfortunately that is not athe part what I am looking for. I need the caddy for the 2.5" HDD's which is the HDD holder which goes into the cache TC.31200.001. Can you find me that part number?

Hi, I have just seen your post.

We are the only UK distributor for Acer servers and their parts. We stock the disks, memory, raid cards etc for the gateway and Acer servers. however, you will not be able to purchase th rails/caddies on their own! these have never been available before. We do however supply the hard drives WITH rails attached.

there are two types:

1Tb SATA 2.5" hot-plug with rails - TC.32700.091; and

300Gb 15k SAS 2.5" hot-plug with rails - TC.32700.105
