Hey!guys!I have made very stupid mistake. I tried to install adobe ps but it always showed 0% so I planed to restart the computer to see if it could change. But when I restart it it shock in the acer aspire screen with buffering then I put the power button and press the button again with bluetooth of keyboard‘s del key since I want to enter the bios and choose last default setup but the pc just turn to silence. And the screen is black with no signal, only the fans of cpu works. WHEN I get off the memories the graphic card it still like this and no alarm like beep beep.
WHAT SHOULD I do genius?

really in hurry!
and hope you guys could help me with it @IronFly

First turn it off and make sure it's really off by pressing and holding the power button until all fans are quiet. Next turn it back on normally and try to get into the BIOS with the delete key. Do you see anything on the screen during this part of the boot process? Is the monitor cable still hooked up solidly?

It's possible you have bricked it. You should have a keyboard connected either with a USB wired or wireless, not a bluetooth. Does anything show up on the monitor at all? You are going to need to be able to at least get into the corrupted BIOS to be able to repair it, because the BIOS is going to have to run far enough into POST to allow it to boot off something.

First you will need to make a USB drive bootable. Next copy all over as shown for a Windows boot (it'll use the EFI folder). The actual install will be from the Win folder using the files in the ROM folder. The DOS folder might have a floppy disk image in it that would boot and install if you have a floppy disk drive and floppy disk.

thx billsey. Now the problem is how to write the bios file into pc.I saw a case which use fn+Esc to write it into the pc but the thing is the keyboad of usb usually do not have fn key.

Yeah, the key is to get it to recognize the USB as bootable and actually boot from it, or add a floppy and have it recognized as bootable.
