If I buy a Predator 17 from Amazon.com (USA) to India can I get Indian warranty and can extend it?

You can't get Indian Warranty. The most you can do, if you have a non-Indian passport, claim the ITW.

PS: I have a Helios 300(G3-571) from the States.

If you travel, yes. If you have a residence in India, no.

Meaning, if you are a U.S Citizen travelling to India, you can claim the warranty using the itw policy. However, please understand that any Indian Acer centres should service and fix the laptop for a charge as well as local techs.

    BElieve in YOUrself.

A big NO! If any site claims to do so, that would be either BS or non Acer. Any device warranty is generally limited to the region it was purchased in. Travel warranty might work if you can prove you are traveling, but would you really want to spend hours/days on this issue than spend enjoying your limited vacation?
