Is it some problem with the software? Or settings? Or there's some problem with the screen hardware.

Hi,
What happens when you move the screen to a different positions? Could you be able to test with an external screen or TV by connecting with a HDMI cable?
You could also try reinstalling the VGA driver after downloading from here:https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/support-product/7239?b=1

I connected my laptop with the TV, it works absolutely fine.
So I guess it is something wrong with the laptop screen?
My laptop is only a month old. Please guide me if this will be done under the warranty and how to get it fixed.

It could be the loose display cable, please contact Acer Support centre in your region and they will be able to fix it.
