I am having trouble with my Acer 110, the touch screen portion does not read the keyboare any more. does anyone have similar issue?

    Is it only the keyboard or is that area unresponsive all the time?

    purchsed new device acer one 110 ict my keyboard dock not getting identified and not able to identify drivers for the device.troubleshoot also not working.Acer team please identify the problem and help us in the matter.

    So you're having problem with the keyboard dock set that is provided with the tablet.
    1. If it was working before, and not working without any physical damage, then contact acer support.
    2. Check the drivers. Which drivers, you're checking. Run troubleshooter, refresh windows and see if that works. Do a backup and reset, if possible.
    3. A lot of people has the same problem with these keyboards. So maybe you need to buy from 3rd party.
