    Hi,
You need to check whether the metal part in the WiFi cable not touching the screw which secures the card, you have to remove the back cover to access WiFi card, I am not sure whether the removal of the back cover voids warranty in your country, so you should contact Acer Support centre in your region and get the confirmation.
If you are out of warranty period, open it up and make sure that the copper part of the cable is not in contact with the screw.

    Hi See if this helps!

    1. Open Device Manager, open the drop-down Network adpaters
    2. Right-click Network adapters
    3. Select Scan for hardware changes
    4. If you can't see your Wireless adapter, go to step 11
    5. If you can see it, right-click on the adapter
    6. Select Uninstall ( this should only uninstall you driver software, not delete it)
    7. Now right-click Network adapters again
    8. Select Scan for hardware changes. This should re-detect your wireless adapter)
    9. Once detected, restart you machine
    10. Make sure your Wireless adapter in Network And Sharing Center is Enabled. Now try what you have to.
    11. If you cant find you your Wireless adapter device, you may need to properly install a wireless adapter driver. You'll have to do it perfectly, or have a service person do it for your machine

this probably won't help in the slightest, but I had a 122p and on an OS reinstall, it was a right pain for the wireless card.  Remember likely, I installed the win8.1 driver from Acers site even though i was running windows 10 (which installed it automatically but bodged it).    I can't remember if it installed completely the wrong make when on 10 or not though (there are 2 drivers for 8.1,  atheros and broadcomm)
