Does anyone have a swift 1? I bought it a week ago and it updated with the windows version 10 April 1803.

It is normal to warm up (a +/- average temperature) on the table in just 2 hours or it is normal now at the beginning?

Hi, The Swift 1 Acer laptop's environment temperature readings are as follow:-

     Operating Temperature: 0°C to 40°C
    Non-operating Temperature: -20°C to 60°C

    Operating Humidity (non-condensing): 0% to 80%
    Non-operating Humidity (non-condensing): 20% to 80%

If the laptop heat is felt as warmness, it is acceptable. If you feel it is too hot, time to contact Acer Technical Support.

Where can I see the temperature?

will be on the program adobe photoshop ??
I've been using it for at least 1 hour.
Does the laptop have no ventilation?

There is no place or program in laptop to see its temperature. You have to just feel the heat. At bottom of laptop there are ventilation holes. Please have the laptop on a tablet rather than using in a bed, which may cover the ventilation holes.

the fan is in the square with net? 2 on each side? in the poratatil fold is where it heats more. even without being connected there is no current

Swift 1's are fan less as they have a low powered processor and the body of the laptop acts as a passive heat sink.  The 2 squares you're looking at (furthest from the hinge side of the base) are the 2 speaker ports.

well, I don't run windows much but on the odd occasion i do, for anything other than "light duties", it does warm a fair amount such as when streaming etc.  So i do use a cooling pad i already had but not entirely sure its needed (just don't rest it on your lap, put it on a thin book instead first).  Its quite refreshing not having a fan whirring!
