I want to know if my laptop SF314-52 can be charged by a power bank which has power delivery of 5V-3A, 9V-3A, 15V-3A and 20V-5A output via USB type C before I buy it.
Thank you.

This laptop can't be charged via the USB C port.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Then, is there a DC plug adaptor that I can connect via usb to charge it?

I am not sure, but I wouldn't recommend to charge the laptop with a charger different than the original, unless it has the same output voltage, current and power.
