Hi All,

I have an Aspire E5-573G-531D.

First up - can anybody tell me where I could get replacement rubber feet for this? One has fallen off and it is infuriating.. (One of the larger rectangular foot pads at the back).

Secondly - For future reference (looking for other spare or replacement parts), what other models share the same case? I.e. are all Aspire e5's the same in terms of case plastics/appearance?

Thanks!

The easiest & cheapest fix is to shop Bradbury's or Sid's and pick up self-stick rubber pads about the same size. But if it was my own E5, I'd probably fashion one by slicing a synthetic wine-bottle cork and using double-side tape. Other case parts would depend specifically on what's busted or missing --- sometimes we can find part numbers sometimes not. Jack E/NJ

Thanks for the suggestion Jack - as you said, I'd rather do a proper job of it!

I can see that there are a couple of websites which do sell replacement feet for various models, but the E5-573G-531D isn't listed. However it looks like this model has the same case as the 'E5 532', for instance:

If anyone does know of a model which uses the same case/feet please let me know!

@mig_mart98 - Sorry I just saw your message. Unfortunately I never did locate suitable replacements. It seems like replacement of this sort of small item (which are easily lost) much better facilitated by Acer really! (Acer, if you're listening...).

@Shumayal - As above, sorry but never did find a resolution for this.

The easiest & cheapest fix is glue-ing rubber disks available from the local hardware store. In my case, I made suitable disks by slicing them from synthetic wine corks. They work just fine.  Jack E/NJ
