Just bought new Acer aspire 3. Installed the software.
After starting laptop, I get the following error message:
C:\Program files\WindowsApps\AcerIncorporated.AcerPortal_1.1.9.0_x86__48frkmn4z8aw4\AcerPortal\AcerPortal.exe.
The Directory does not exist.
Control that path is correct, and try again.
This only give me the same error!
What to do??

You may go ahead and uninstall this application if you do not prefer to use it. abApps is being discontinued on September 30th, 2018.

To uninstall, go to [Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features] and uninstall [Acer Portal/abPhoto/abMusic/abFiles/abDocs] and [AOP Framework]

I have the same problem except that the path is "...AcerPortal_1.1.8.0_x86...". I just purchased the system, it crashed when I was trying to respond to a popup to created an Acer ID, and after that (could be unrelated?), this annoying popup appears on each startup. The AcerPortal programs noted in the answer above are not installed according to control panel->Programs and Features. (Maybe that's why the path does not exist?). How can I make this go away?
