Hello, I buy new Acer Aspire A717-71g-75mg, has instaled Windows 10, the drivers are from Windows updates.
I have a problem, when I open the browser or some folder. my mouse/screen blocking for seconds and after that works fine.
Which drivers need to check, The laptop is with 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD, where is instaled Windows.
Can you help me?

Hi,
Go to start and type cmd, right click cmd and select Run as Admin, then type ipconfig /flushdns
Once finished, reboot and check whether it resolves the problem.

Hi,
You could try reinstalling the Display driver, go to Device manager, expand Display adapters, highlight and right click the graphics card, go to Driver tab in Properties, uninstall the driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver.

Intel(R) HD Graphics 630 (Driver Version: 22.20.16.4749)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (Driver version: 23.21.13.8816)
The both are from Windows updates, not from the acer site.

Hi,
Yes, download Acer drivers from Acer support site and install both( Intel & Nvidia) drivers and see whether it resolves the problem.

I maked this, now this problem is only for browsers - Firefox and Chrome, with the folders and other apps, not have this problem.
