The problem:
Screen turns black on some occassions. Using the OEM driver for INTEL
So i updated the driver using windows update and it did worse than good.

Specs:
Intel Core I5 825OU
Intel UHD Graphics 620
Nvidia Gforce MX150

While Installing the Drivers from intel and the Drivers on the ACER website
It gives an error 43

after reading this thread https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/572412#Comment_572412

taken from the thread:

I was able to get the official intel driver to install by downloading the .zip version of the driver (and extracted it), going into device manager | right click intel 620 device | update driver | browse my computer for driver software | let me pick from a list of available drivers | have disk | and then selected the igdlh64 file from the \graphics subfolder from the intel driver

after sometime i have been encountering  Black screen on startups even on the middle of a session.
and windows on the notification keeps telling me that the drivers were unable to run due to an error!
and was using windows driver for display

This Sucks ACER

Next time this happens, check if HDMI out to a TV screen is also black. Jack E/NJ

    SO now:
I uninstalled the Driver from Intel .
Downloaded and tried to install the Driver from ACER using havedisk option
Can't manage to install it, error 43 (again)

so reverted back to the INTEL driver for UHD 620 it got installed (using have disk option)
when i restarted , again i saw this on the notification it says:

same error, Though the time is 9:23 AM, and currently i'm writing this comment 11:40PM

If the TV screen is also black, then try to turn it on with the FN+F5 toggle combo. Also do the same for the laptop screen with the FN+F6 combo. If still no joy on both screens --- particularly with the plain vanilla MS basic driver --- then the graphics adapter might be failing. Jack E/NJ

I have successfully installed the New Drivers 24.20.100.6094

    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27803/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=124967

first i uninstalled the device on the device manager and clicked removed software, and confirmed on the Installed applications that the driver does not exist any more.
    Then restarted the laptop.
Installed the new driver using havedisk option.

then when i restarted the laptop no notifications of Failed driver for now

    hope this new driver works.

DAY 1 - Turned on the Laptop, warning notification that DISPLAY DRIVERS FAIL is GONE!

Hope this would be a permanent solution.
Will update this thread if anymore Bugs arise. So far working.

OK. Sounds good. Did Intel's online scanner help lead you to this new download? Jack E/NJ

    @JackE
hello i manually searched the intel website for new drivers.

Seems like the 24.20.100.6094 Intel driver fixed the problem on my INTEL UHD 620 graphics
